He was born in Providence, RI on January 20, 1960.
Louis was a Landscaper in the Agriculture Industry, he also worked for Arden Jewelry for many years. Louie was an avid camper and he loved to camp.
He is survived by his Brothers John, Joseph, Steven, and Thomas Paquin, Sisters LeeAnn McCaffrey and Debra Paquin, his loving Nieces and Nephews, as well as many other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
The family will have a memorial service after the holidays.
