Leonel P. Vargas, 35, a well-known Family Oriented Young Man. Born in Venezuela on July 3, 1982, the son of the Porfirio Vargas and Altagracia Centeno; Brother of Grimary Gonzalez and Maria Baez, Husband of Yudelka Felix and a Father of four; Leonel, Liorys, Yuleiny and Leandro Vargas.

Died on March 14, 2018 in God’s peace.
