Juan D. Martinez 69, passed away on January 31, 2018 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI. He was the husband of Ana M. (Mercedez Peralta) Martinez.

He was born in Dominican Republic on March 8, 1948, the son of Juan and Felicia (De La Rosa) Martinez.

Mr. Martinez was a Housekeeper in a Nursing Home for many years.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving Wife, his Children Jeny, Awilda, Raquel, Juan Carlos, Juan Manuel Martinez, 12 Siblings, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
