She was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 5, 1985.
Ms. Figueroa was a Medical Assistant in the healthcare industry for many years as well as a dedicated team mom for the West End Intruders football team.
She is survived by her loving parents, maternal Grandmother Maria Ramirez, brother Roberto Toledo, her children Yazevian Pugh, Janiyah Pugh and Carlos Cruz whom she adored, as well as many other family and friends who will cherish her memory forever.
