Huberta Ramsey, 70, of California Avenue in Providence, RI, passed away on October 26, 2017 at the Roger Williams Hospital. She was born on July 17, 1947 in Providence, RI. She was the daughter of the late Hubert and Aldonia (Perry) McKinnon, mother of the late Tonya D. Ramsey, and sister of the late Waymon McKinnon.
She was employed by The Fogarty Center as a Coordinator Supervisor, a job that she was totally committed to and loved.
Besides her husband, Edrick A. Ramsey, Jr., Huberta leaves a son, Edrick A. Ramsey, III (Christina); a daughter, Kim Ramsey all of Providence along with seven (7) grandchildren, EL Dominick; Tyan; Shyan; Waymon; Edrick; Janel; T.J.; and one (1) great-grandchild, Lindiana.
Huberta is also survived by one (1) brother, Raymond McKinnon of Rumford, RI; one (1) sister, Asenath Smith of Cranston, RI; and a host of relatives and friends.
