Dwayne A. “PeeWee” Davis died in Rhode Island hospital (Bridge Building) on Thursday February 22, 2018 in Providence, RI at the age of 58.
He was born on March 24, 1959 in Providence, RI. He worked at the Bannister House and the Zambarano Hospital for many years as an orderly. After moving to Greensboro, North Carolina, He began to work for Mayflower moving Company as a Mover. He loved to dance, play cards and more importantly he loved his kids and family.
He is survived by his Mother, Harriet Davis and the son of the late Wilbur ‘Nick” Davis, he leaves a son Dwayne Clement (Jenny) of Cranston RI, daughter Na’Keyta Wall of Greensboro, North Carolina; two step daughters Kia Clement Hackney and Latoya Clement both of Providence, RI, He was the grandfather of Little Dwayne A. Clement, Giannie Soto, Kijiah Hackney, Daybue Hackney, Dominique Clement and a great grandfather of Aniya Clement (Boothe). He was survived by his sisters Rochelle Davis, Verdelle Harmon, Karen Davis all of Providence, RI , his twin sister Denise Marshall (Thomas) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, his sister Sharon McCauley (Isaiah) of Gibsonville, North Carolina, his brother Roderick Davis (Damita) of Reidsville, North Carolina and he was also a brother of the late Michael V. Davis, long life friend of Valerie Clement and the mother of his daughter Kimberly Wall- Mcnair; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
