devout woman of God.

She was predeceased by her Husband Eliseus Bernard Cooper Sr. ("Bubba" Cooper), Collector of Customs, Maryland County, Liberia; Parents: Chief Oldman Bai Tayee? Dennis and Ayee? Kwiah-Kade Doe; Children: Henry Jenkins, Randolph Cooper, III (Old man); Mary Sophia Cooper (Girlee); Roselyn D. Cooper, Velicia Cooper, Rev. Walter C. Cooper and Cassius Lawson; Grand child: Gladys Togba. Siblings: Esther Kosede Dalieh, William Gahien Dennis, Pwoade Davis and Wa'm -a-de Lucy. Uncle & Aunt, Mr & Mrs Arthur Kwasi Doe; Niece and nephew Mrs Helena Roland and William Gahien Pearson, and her son in-law, Ambassador Dr Jonathan S. Reffell.
