Carmen A. Rodriguez, 60, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on September 1, 1955. She was the daughter of the late Ulpiano Rodriguez and the late Josefina Rodriguez. She is the wife of Miguel Angel Velazquez Villot.

Other than her husband, Miguel Angel, Carmen leaves in her too early departure, 4 children Vanessa and Dinorah Velazquez, Celia Bravo and Miguel Velazquez (all of Providence), 3 grandsons, Angel M., Yandel and Alexi Velazquez, 2 granddaughters Noralys Martinez and Marialys C. Gonzalez, 7 siblings and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Carmen A. Rodriguez, 60, falleció el día Miércoles, 25 de Mayo del 2016 en el Hospital Miriam de Providence, RI, rodeada de su amada familia. Carmen nació en Ponce, Puerto Rico el 1ro. de Septiembre del 1955. Era hija de los ya fallecidos Ulpiano Rodriguez y Josefina Rodriguez. Ella es la esposa de Miguel Angel Velazquez Villot.

Además de su esposo, Miguel Angel, Carmen deja en su muy temprana partida a sus 3 hijas Vanessa y Dinorah Velazquez y Celia Bravo y 1 hijo, Miguel Velazquez (todos de Providence), 3 nietos, Angel M., Yandel y Alexi Velazquez, 2 nietas Noralys Martinez y Marialys C. Gonzalez, 3 hermanas, 4 hermanos y muchos sobrinos, sobrinas y demás familiares y amigos que la extrañarán mucho.
