She was born in Puerto Rico, on May 15, 1949, the daughter of Nicocas Rodriguez and Gloria Gutierrez.

Ms. Rodriguez was a homemaker who cared for her family.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her Children Rosa Cesareo, Jose Cesareo and Maritza Cesareo, 9 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren, as well as many family and friends who will miss her dearly.
